Correction, I am unable to make it. Also as a fair warning, Marcin just came back from Edmonton and it took him 3 days to get here. He was luck to get over 40Kph in most areas. So for those who are going, plan for an extra long trip there and back this winter.

What was Marcin driving on: Muddies, ATs or real winter tires? You might get by with ATs but do you want to risk it? Maybe it is too late this year, but I could look into seeing if we could get a club fleet price from Kal Tire for next year if there is enough interest? Only problem is that it would have to be out of the one Langely By-Pass location on the Glover Rd side.

No, contact the HQ for Kal Tire and speak the regional manager. Ask if they would like to extend a discount to Coastal Cruiser members. If they do, then they would issue a code for the members to use. Then you can use this code in any Kal Tire. As they are all owned by the same guy.

I have a VIP type discount already with them. It's about 15%. Nothing great, but ok. I was able to buy my dad tires for him to pick up in a Kal Tire in Manitoba. They are all joined.

Funny. I got near a 30% discount from my daughter's coach who does fleet sales off what I was quoted here in Abby. Maybe I didn't get a fleet price but something else? Anyways, I'll ask tonight if the practice isn't canceled because snow.
