What a kickass build! You have great taste aesthetically and clearly aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. Mad props to you for tackling the regear yourself, as well as the infamous firewall tub job. Awesome work, I'll be paying attention to this thread!

I'm interested in the tubing you did. It's probably my top priority going forward. I have the limited flares in a great color so I would like to keep them. Do you you think I'm chasing a pipe dream? I'm open to a slightly smaller tire size 34x11.5 or so. Can you show off these tires stuffed?

I will provide more information about tubing the fire wall later.

Completed the extend boot mod on a set of used manual CV axles on the 3rd gen. Also checking hubs and suspension since I was working on the CV axles. Pictures of the teardown, inspection, and oiled the uni-ball conversion LBJ's with upgraded ARP bolts from Anonymous Fab (Anonymous Fab that rebuilt the LBJ) Toyota 4Runner T4R / 90’s Prado Uniball LBJ Conversion - https://anonymousfab.com/products/toyota-4runner-t4r-uniball-lbj-conversion
I also had to rebuild the front brake calipers due to seized pistons and then baked red powder coat

Some picture of the lower ball joint conversion.
So if you have bad LBJ don’t throw them away because they can be rebuilt with a uniball joint. check out Anonymous Fab
He can rebuild them with a uniball joint and you can upgrade to ARP bolts. The lower ball joints are a known weak point on various Toyota trucks with IFS.
