I have the following parts to suit a late 45~47 series truck, RHD:

-2 front heaters, including ductwork (cores excellent): $25/ea.
-air conditioning unit, aftermarket, including condensor and dryer/receiver tank: $100/all
-set of rust free fenders for RHD: $100/fender.
-non-stock heavy duty bumper, black: $40

Well, i don't know if they are the same or not, though they share the 2H engine. I do not have a complete system - no compressor for example, or piping. The a/c in-cab unit fits into place where the main duct from the blower to the heater box goes in, on the 47, so I doubt that it will fit your 60. Here's some pics anyway, first of the rad with condenser, and then (next set) the a/c unit itself. I don't have a picture of the little tank (the receiver/dryer) at the moment.
