Reynolds Wrap/Eagle Rock 10/16

The next trip on the schedule is Reynolds Wrap/Eagle Rock on October 16th. We will meet at the South meeting location which is the Safeway at Nevada and Cheyenne Road. Meet at 8:30am leave at 9:00am.

I am ready to go for this run.

Most of the casualties were snow & ice related, and we're running a month earlier this year. So probably won't have quite as much excitement.

The trail damage report doesn't scare me too bad--think I'll try this one....

I've taken a group of toyota's through there on 31's before. There were a lot of straps and winches involved, but no trail damage. You're more likely to have trouble on reynolds wrap if the group goes that way. I won't be making the trip, I have other plans.

I made it pretty easy through reynolds wrap last year with 31" at's and a rear locker. I left before everyone headed to eagle rock.

Not sure if I'll make it after all - the end of the week got complicated and my sliders aren't re-installed yet. If I can get them on quickly tomorrow morning, I'll be there.

I just found this posting- was planning on running it with a friend of mine as well!! Awesome that there is already a planned group trip! Unfortunately, I'll be late as my buddy can't leave Colo Spgs until 10am. I'll be leaving Highlands Ranch @ 8, Maybe we'll see you all on the trail!

We ran reyolds wrap and had a good time. Wayned dented a door in is brand new to him stock stock stock Discovery.

Myself, Wayne and Eric decided to head out after running Renyolds wrap. No sure how the rest of the guys did on eagle rock.

Today was the first time I've taken my daughter on the trail and she had an awesome time. Some of my favorite quotes were "Daddy...were stuck" and "Daddy we made it!"
