Reverse parking sensor alarm goes off anytime truck is put into reverse

I picked up the truck from the shop that was working on my differential and when I stopped at a store and then backed out of the parking spot, the reverse alarm went off, as if there was something in back of me that the parking sensors were hitting, but there wasn’t anything. What else besides a misaligned sensor could this be? I’ve messed with the positioning of all the sensors in the rear bumper, but to no effect.

I had shut the sensors off years ago and just forgot I even have them. What happened here is that someone bumped the button while messing around with the air compressor and locker switches. They have likely been misaligned for a long time.
