Interesting! I am curious and would like some more test results or test results/approvals by big engine manufacturers before I would go with it, due to the fact there have been many companies making better oils and better filters promising better results that have folded not to far down the track with a lot of engines theat didn't like the better product and failed due to its use. Call me skeptical, but the more approvals from major manufacturers the better.
 
The Toyota filter is $4US and has a proven record of long engine life.
 
That is a lot of money $200 for what appears to be marginal improvement (if any) over OEM. As in many situations, fancy sounding specs may not mean much in the real world. The 4.7L is one of the best with oil (see bobistheoilguy.com) and the OEM filter does well and is inexpensive. Paying extra to use synthetic oils would be a better value than sinking money into that stainless steel filter.
