ReSpraying Clear Coat

I am painting my cruiser and I spayed the clear on but noticed the following day that it need more clear on one of the quarters. Is it possible to spray another coat of clear on it a day or 2 later?

Yes you may want to run a sheet of W/D paper over it just so it adheres properly

Wet/Dry sandpaper - maybe 600 grit.
