So, I finally got some one on one time with May/June TT and got to the Trails End. Anyone try to rescue that well preserved soft top FJ25 in Hillsboro, OR yet? Looks to be a great resto candidate.

I exchanged emails with Mark several weeks ago. He actually took that picture a couple of years ago and related am interesting story about it. He tried to talk with the owner who yelled out the window, 'Its not for sale'. Mark said he has since gone by that spot and the car is long gone, he has no idea where it ended up.

I thought that it might have been an old picture. I know it cant be but, the big square mirror, one wiper, color, lollipops on the fenders, and its completeness make it look like an old picture of MY 25. I bought it from Nerd who bought it in Pearl River, NY. No idea how long the PO had it though The cracks in my front frame rails that I repaired are also clues of a tow bar. But its missing things like OEM doors and bows which my truck came with. Maybe Jim can shed a little more light on it?
