Hey guys. I am the owner of the lifted tan FZJ80 you see riding around with the custom front bumper. I am selling my project 510 and was thinking about using some of that money to do a diesel swap. Plan on using a 4BD1T from an Isuzu. Are there any recommended shops for that kind of work? I want the most done before I give the car so that I minimize downtime. Thanks for your help in advance.

The only place which I am aware of that specializes in diesel engine swaps is Midwest Diesel Conversions, in Ottawa KS. They focus on Cummins, but I would guess they wouldn't turn an oil burner away. You can call them or contact them via BookFace to discuss your project and gauge their enthusiasm.
Alternatively, closer to the KC Metro, there are a few rod/custom shops, who are generally capable of building just about anything.
Also, there are a few shops listed on SMORR's webpage. Worth a look and perhaps a call to inquire (support SMORR supporters).

I saw a CL ad for Helldorado Customs (Jefferson City, MO) showing their labor rate for engine swap installation in Jeep CJ/YJ/TJ vehicles. $1500 for a GM 350 TBI (installation labor), and $2000 for a GM 5.3 LS (installation labor).
