Recently, while pursuing parts, this picture and part number popped up on a Russian webpage. 43330-60030 appears to be the number for the OEM lower ball joint, which Toyota does not offer separate from the complete arm. Not that these are a problematic piece, but eventually, they will need replacement. Running the number through the usual channels doesn't bring any results. General searching brings up aftermarket units... so no idea where the pictured unit was procured.
