Replacement leather?

Fwiw I had my leather restored and the results were incredible. I paid $250 to have my front seats and middle row done. My fronts had surface cracking, and I thought for sure it needed replacement. The guy sanded it down and recolored the seats. I cannot believe the results and I highly recommend you try and find a local leather restorer before anything else if you leather isn't completely torn up.

Was the leather still soft? Every leather restore job I have seen looks good but the suppleness is gone and feels very hard to the touch.
