Replacement Corner Reflector

I was going to replace my cracked rear corner reflector when I see that the bolts/nuts seem to be different between the original reflector and the replacement.

Did I get the right part for a 1980?

Is there a nut on the inside of the rear corner. Everyone I have removed were threaded studs coming out of reflector. Believe you will find you nuts are rusted to the stud and you just spun the stud off of the reflector.
