RENTAL 200?

I doubt it will at that price. There was a local-ish 2008 LC white with dark interior, 109k miles, good service listed at $29k, and it took over a month to sell (which makes me think it sold for less). I think regardless of how well made and nice a vehicle is, 200k of rental use will make its dent (likely literally) in the sheen of a car.

That link takes me to Toyota website that shows all models I can buy

Really? For me it shows a website that helps you locate Toyota's for RENT.

If you actually go through the process of trying to find one for rent it's next to impossible. I tried doing that years ago, and there were only like 2 dealers in the country who offered a Land Cruiser for rent. They also severely restricted the number of miles you could use, and they required you to "try before you buy" rental which IIRC maybe even required a deposit on an LC before they let you drive it. Definitely not like a normal rental or loaner at all.

Ya. Frankly, I have rarely seen Toyotas in rental company fleets.

More often than not, I see less desirable, less competitive brands and models...likely bought for peanuts from over-stocked manufacturers. I have no facts to back that up... :) but I've always found it interesting that Honda, Toyota and other top sellers are rarely seen on rental lots.

Just FYI: I've rented many times from Avis in Sheridan, WY and Billings, MT. I've gotten Toyota Camrys, Subaru Outbacks, and Toyota 4Runners (twice I got a Trail model 4Runner!). Also Fords and Chevys. Never a Land Cruiser!

You see tons of Corollas and Siennas on rental lots. Even lots of Avalons. Not much Honda, as they barely do fleet sales.

Hertz Pretige collection I used a few times in Dallas are high end European. Never in 17 years of renting did I find a LC
