I’ve started my interior work and I need to remove the b pillar trim. And advice would be helpful.

Get out your FSM to see how it goes together.

Remove the upper seat belt bracket cover and bolt.

Use the plastic trim remover tools (or your manly fingers) and peel the plastic edges back to pop off the trim.
 
Now that I'm back on my computer, I see you've got it almost there. (Couldn't see the details on the phone)

The bottom of the plastic cover on the upper seatbelt bracket pops out. Stick your finger under the lower end and pry out. The two sides will pop out and off. Then you can remove the bolt and drop the plastic cover.
 
One word of caution: be very careful when removing the slider; there are plastic parts inside that will break and are NLA.
