removable rear doors

I have an fj73 with the removable roof and was wondering if there is an easy way to take the rear doors off. Would it be possible to cut the bottom of the hinge off so the doors can simply lift off? I take the roof off alot and the roof takes me like 5 mins but the doors take about 30 mins+

I havent looked closely at mine but I think if you cut them there ,they will vibrate and squeak even with the doors closed.(worse than normal that is)
They did make doors for soft top versionS overseas where you could pull the upper half of the door off.
