Good morning
I have a 2004 LC that I bought used about 12 years ago. It didn’t come with a remote to unlocks the doors though.

Anybody got a good option that I could buy and source? Also, would buying one require me to taking it to the dealer to program or is it a DIY possibility?

you can buy the remotes anywhere ( ebay, amazon, dealer, etc) but you'll need to make sure you get the right FCCID . you may need to locate the remote transmitter box in the interior ( I believe its behind the glovebox) to make sure you get the right remote
