So my cupholder lid broke and I bought a junkyard replacement but I'm assuming it will also break on me sooner than later. Does anyone have any advice to strengthen the Cupholder lid BEFORE it is broken? Maybe some kind of epoxy putty or JBweld or even something like trying to somehow heat temper the mounting points?

Mine broke where the screw for the hinge attaches.
They use those plastic post screw mounts to attach the hinge and the posts break.
I've not been a GX owner long enough to comment on longevity of that part, but I do a ton of research on my vehicles and this is the first I've seen that issue. Hopefully it's a one-off.
