Hello, I don't post here much but know this board has an active local community.
A friend of mine and I are planning to kill some time this Thursday (6/12).
We'll be meeting at the Bartlett lake turnoff at 9:30 and running Red Creek.
For those who haven't done it before, it's a long dirt road to the trail head and then follows Red Creek mostly in the shade down to the banks of the Verde. The trail itself is a few miles short of Sheeps Bridge.
Difficulty is low... stock 4WD vehicle would have no problem. Originally, some drivers looking for a mellower run were going. There are some obstacles that can be added on the way that are completely optional which add considerable difficulty.
I realize most are working, but thought I'd post it anyway.
