Does anyone know of a place in north county San Diego where I can have my spare OEM alloy re-polished and cleaned up at a responsible cost? I'd like to get it refinished before I mount my new spare on it.
It's not as bad as some of the others I've seen, but it's collected it's fair share of dirt, road grime, salt, roadkill, zombies, etc over the past 15 years and could use a face lift.

Since we all love to look at pictures...

These guys does it cheap but kinda far for you. Wheel Repair

Thanks for the link, I'm going to call around to some local shops and see what they recommend.

That looks great! And the cost? I have a set of used LX 450 wheels I would consider repairing.

Wow...that looks really good.

Do you mind sharing how much it cost ?

Sorry, been traveling the last few days. Cost was $150, I dropped it off at discount tire in Oceanside and got it back a couple days later. Not too bad figuring dismount/mount and balance, shipping both ways to LA, and the refinish.
