I tried to search around but didn't find what I was looking for.

I have a 2014 LX570 that is bone stock except wheels and tires. I have the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss size 285/70/17.

For daily driving use, what is the best tire pressure?

LT285/70R17 121Q Load Range E

Since you said you have the Standard Load tires, then:

The RCTIP for those 285/70R17 116T Standard Load tires on your LX570 is 30psi F/R.
