Recommend me a backpack please.....

It's almost impossible to recommend a backpack without knowing it's intended use. It might be easier if we knew what type of backpack you had before since you were happy with it. And the debate over internal vs. external frame will go on forever. What everyone said about each of them is pretty much true, they were just designed for different things. An internal frame will be better in certain environments, an extrernal frame will be better in others. That's not to say you CAN'T use one or the other, it just might not be as comfortable or easy as the other one.

For something around 4000+ cubic inches, that's kinda getting to the larger end of internal frame packs. There are a lot of internals that big, but if you like teo carry a lot of stuff, an external frame might be more comfortable on easy trails. The only thing that really matters is if it's comfortable for you. I'd check ebay or craigslist for a good quality used pack, rather than a cheap new one. They always have a lot of almost new ones for a huge discount.

The problem with a used internal frame is fit. You need to be measured and fit with top end packs like the Bora, or an Osprey, or old Dana's. It really is like boots. A great pair of size nines ain't gonna do you you any good if you're a size 10x. Also, a great pair of boots is SOOO nice and when they finally give it up it's like losing a friend. Take your time and shop around.
