I had a buddy take a look at my 40 and he thinks the head and oil pan gaskets need replaced, a compression test run, and some work done on the carb. I frankly don't have the time right now to wrench on it myself but was curious if you guys could point me in the right direction to find somebody that is qualified to do the work so I can get up and running.

Mainly because I don't think he knows what he's talking about. So nobody has a shop in the Indy area they would offer up?
