Here in COlumbia there is an awesome painter everyone calls "the goat" hes got a shop here in town, and always turnes out FANTASTIC paint jobs (flawless) but figure on spending every bit of 4-5 grand to get him to work on your car, and thats if you are keeping your stock paint color (i.e. no jambs etc.) But his paint can beat the snot outta mr-Ts factory paint

I've heard Suburban Rod & Custom Classics in KC does good work. Can get pretty pricey, they quoted me at LEAST $10K for some basic paint and body work on my Torino.

Here is who I want to do mine in Wichita. He does mainly motorcycles and custom work and is extremely talented. He is my wifes cousin, so I guess I think he will make an exception and do a full vehiicle for me! Redhouse Custom Paint.
