Where would I find a list of all recalls and Special Service Bulletins for my 1990 Toyota Extra cab 4x4 pickup ?

You can try the Toyota TIS website. Will cost you a few dollars but I know they list them there. There might be other resources (your local dealer?), but I don't know of any others available online.
