Recall - 2018-2019 fuel pumps

The AP is reporting that Toyota will be recalling 700K cars and trucks for fuel pumps that can quit unexpectedly.

Like the seat belt deal, they don't have a fix yet and reportedly won't be contacting owners until March.

Seems strange, to me anyway, that only two years were impacted. Supplier issue or ???
