Rear window Wiper Blade hates me.

I'm not speaking to the wiper blade on the rear window of my 2018 LX570. The bitch hates me.

So here's the reason we are fighting. I think the entire blade assembly ought to lift away from the window (just like the rear wiper blade did in my LX470) so that I can have clear access to the entire window to clean it or to change the wiper blade. But I can only get the assembly to lift 4" at the very end.

What's the code?

Thank you for your assistance. I got the cover to fold back, but needed a screw driver to do so.

This vehicle has some of the most pointlessly over-engineered and non-intuitive interfaces I've ever seen. What problem were they solving with this design?? It appears to be a blatant case of "look what we can do".

I miss my luxurious yet simple/intuitive LX470 every time I drive this thing.

The old design can sag a little. The newer design seems a little more durable.
