Rear Suspension Switch Removal -- Pocket/Plug options (1 Viewer)

I have seen others post pictures of a pocket and a blank plug for the hole where the suspension switch was but I cannot find the confirmed part numbers. I am trying to come up with a clean install for my brake controller. Does anyone have the part numbers handy?
