Hi folks. I'm doing a rear seat delete and am wondering what the harness is that runs up the middle of the rear bay. It is in the way of the "custom" plywood platform that I'm putting in. At first I thought it was a part of the third row seat (possibly a sensor) but it doesn't connect to anything. I did pull out the tabs and strapped it out of the way but figure I better check with the people that are smarter than me before finishing the job to find out this is a critical piece of sensor equipment lol. I appreciate the help.

Antenna for the rear key sensor. Many have put off to the side without any ill effects but be advised if key FOB access is impaired at barn door after moving it.

Fantastic. Thank you for this information. I can see why it's located in a Central location. I will be putting this back and building around the sensor.
