Rear seat base

I want to mount a greatly modified rear seat in my BJ74 that will be more useful when camping.
Anyone have a line on a rear seat in bad shape?
Is there a source for just a bolt in base like I have seen for other LC models?
I am trying to avoid putting holes in and welding onto my cruisers body.
