Rear heater lines replacement?

Anybody replaced their rear heater lines? Mine are leaking above the cat heat shield under the driver's floorboard. I have kids in the backseat pretty often and would rather not bypass.

Can it be done without major disassembly, e.g. transmission?

I've done it. Not the worst hoses to get to on the rig, but not the easiest. It's been a while, but I think the only thing I took off was the heat shield. Let me know if you end up needing more info.

They are not super tough to get to at all. Pull any skid plates and then remove the cat heat shields and you will be on your way.
