Rear door does not work on a '93 4Runner.
Connecting motor directly to 12V source I can "open" and "close" the window. Other than that it won't work
When up and closed you can hear a click when pushing the button "up"
When pushing the button "down" nothing happens.
Anyone knows what the issue could be?

Bad switch, perhaps. Have you tried using the key to move the window up and down?

You do know about activating the window by placing the key in the rear door switch and turning it one way or another-right? I had the same deal with mine; namely that the console switch wouldn't activate but the key in the back would. Replaced switch and all is good. Shouldn't matter if door is locked or unlocked.

Can really only be 4 things.

1) switch
2) motor
3) relay
4) rear windshield wiper detection sensor.

Hope this helps.
