I’m in the middle of replacing my rear ambulance door bottoms and am trying to come up with a way to do the bottom & side’s fold over seal. I’ve got the outside’s of the doors replaced and am very close to being ready to put the insides on, but I need to figure a way to pinch the outer edges of the fold over to match the factory. I feel like if I don’t do the whole width of the door all together at one time, then it will have some ridges from each section. Does anyone here who has replaced there rear door skins have any tips or suggestions?

A body hammer and dolly, just go slowly. You're not going to get the whole seam folded at once. Just work back and forth gently and slowly(don't hit too hard or try to move the metal too much at once) and tap the flange in a little at a time. make sure to support the hammer strike area from the outside(exterior side) of the door with a good flat dolly to minimize distortion to the edge.
