I have a 2004 LC 100 series. I backed into a bollard and dented my bumper, upon further inspection it also bent the rear cross member. Is damage to the rear cross member normal in a rear collision, I was just backing up about 10 feet and didn't see the bollard. I removed the bumper cover and heated it up and pushed the dent out and put it back together it you really can't tell that there was a collision but I still would like to get it fixed.

Is it an easy fix to replace the rear cross member from what I can tell it just unbolts a new one is $348 from Camel Back Toyota. Attached are some pictures.
