Just finished my rear bumper mod on my 1962 FJ40. Bought this several years ago, but discovered the bolt pattern was different. The rear sill already had a dozen factory holes and it didn't need more. So I cut off the four mounting tabs and welding to a 1/4 plate. Finished with Herculiner bed liner.
