Real time help - fuel gauge

Gauge worked fine - I took the gauge cluster out to replace shifter lights. When I plugged it all back in, I have no fuel gauge. Stuck on empty. Pulled it back out and cleaned contacts and still nothing.

Worked before I pulled the cluster - any thoughts of where to check?

Checked all fuses under the dash. All good

All other gauges work

Cleaned all the contacts again. And she rose VERY slowly up. Not sure how much fuel I had when I started. So I’m going to think it’s working and find out when I fill the tank.

Can’t recall if it’s a fast moving gauge or a slow one.

Mine isn't super fast getting to the full line after filling. I give it a minute. I'm used to it though.
