I know the one on the gas pedal is there, I've had to change it a couple times...scary when it breaks. Not sure about the one on the carb though, I'll have to check tomorrow. What I know is that i dont have the little clip that connects that 78106 rod to the 78130 bracket on the wall, so instead i just have a rag folded up behind the part of the bracket that folds so the rod doesnt fall out. I'm beginning to think that it may push the rod making it more difficult to turn.
