Hi all
i've tried my current Landcrusier forum without much joy so thought i'd try here and after searching still came up short.
My RDL actuator was shot, it didn't work. Removed and rebuilt it. Bench tested and its working. Plugged into the RDL actuator plug and tested before fully refitting, nothing. There is no electrical motor noise, nor is there a relay click (like CDL) heard in the cab.
Dash lights come on (red RDL and ABS) when RDL dash switch turned, removed switch and tested, it is ok. RDL Light flashes about once a second.
Removed and tested RDL actuator switch, works fine.
Removed and tested 20a fuse, this was also fine.
I can confirm vehilce in Low, CDL engaged.
According to the wiring diagram there is a control module
behind the glove box somehwere, but i cant identfy/find it after stripping the glove box out. is it part of the main ECU? am i looking in the wrong place?
