We'll need a couple of cooktops to get everything fried/warmed up. I'll make the ground beef Wednesday so that we just will need to warm it up. I usually just warm up the tortillas on a lid. Anything I'm forgetting?

Travel Plans

Looks like we're gonna try to get on the highway Wednesday evening between 5 & 6, drive to OKC or somewhere east of there and hit a KOA. Should hit Hot Springs early to mid-afternoon depending on how hard we push the ole Ford.
