C'mon dude, you know the answer to this. Clean? No. Not unless you're willing to buff. And, you need at least four coats to buff. If done correctly, it'd cost way more to do it with rattle cans than with automotive paint, assuming you're doing your own spraying. Lots of folks have turned in desperation to a hundred different methods to keep from buying auto paint. Go to your local automotive paint store and ask for their "second" line of paint. Like Omni from PPG. Much less expensive than Delstar, and just about as durable, sprays just as well.

that's what i thought, but i've read some threads on here that made me have to ask. i'm no painter so i'll leave it to the pros. thanks for the response. oh yeah... x2 on the 'ANYBODY BUT OBAMA'!!!

with the tax cut he's going to give you you'll be able to buy that auto paint you want... otherwise get the rustoleom out if you plan on having to pay for that insurance plan you'll be losing under someone else's policies!

just being a devils advocate!

..yea. just buy nice paint.
