My 2013 land cruiser radio has started to randomly change inputs. I know I am not touching the button on the steering wheel. Any suggestions? 163K miles.

My gut says the steering wheel control is being activated. Maybe the button is slightly pressed against the surrounding plastics or maybe the wiring it attaches to is loose or corroded.
