Radiator Question

What are the little hoses connected to the bottom of the radiator?

I replaced the radiator and am curious what fluid came out of those hoses when I removed them from the radiator I removed. Thanks

Transmission fluid. Bottom section is a trans cooler.

I feared that. How much fluid do you think I lost?

Adding trans fluid in the 200 sounds complicated...

From my expirience of replacement of about 7 different Toyota radiators with built in trans intercoolers the loss is pretty negligent and is usually less than a half of glass of fluid.

Cooler section holds 6 ounces and estimate another 2 lost when disconnecting the hoses so maybe 8 total. The system holds 12 quarts or 384 oz so as a percentage of the amount of fluid it is not a lot.
