Hi guys,

Never driven a truck with locking differentials before. I was wondering, do you have to be in low range 4WD before you can engage Land Cruiser lockers? Any difference in operation between the cable lockers vs the servo ones (1990+)?

diff locks

vehicles with electric lockers are set up so that they will only lock in low range. This can be bypassed.
