Quick compression test question

I know the gas pedal needs to be to the floor. What about choke? Out or in? Thanks!

Choke needs to be off. You want maximum air flow into the cylinders, thats why you pin the throttle plate open (push the gas all the way down)

Practically speaking, if you let it pump until the needle stops rising, it doesn't make all that much difference.

As long as you do it exactly the same for each cylinder.
