The Land Cruiser doesn't Down-Shift any more when I Stomp on the skinny pedal! Any Imput would be welcome!

i can manualy down shift. It operates normally except when say going up a steep hill it will not downshift like she normally does. it will down shift when i slow down or come to a complete stop, but not on hills, and i push her hard!


What is the kickdown cable?

kickdown cable is what makes the transmission downshift on an older automatic... Looking into it a bit more, I was giving you advise on how to fix my old Chev truck!
