I feel dumb asking this, but cannot find an answer nor figure it out. What is the small (roughly 1/4") size hole in the hood? It is located roughly 2/3 of the way back, directly in center. Originally I thought this was unique to my Pig, and drilled to clear the screw on a Chevy V8 air cleaner. But nope, the cleaner screw doesn't extend that high and there appears to be the same hole on other FJ55s.
On some photos, this hole appears to be plugged with a nut (?).
Please enlighten me!
