Question - electronic modules near shifter ('94)

There are two electronic modules near the center console shifter. One seems to be ABS related (deceleration sensor), the other appears unmarked. Anyone know what this module is for? I'm looking to remove anything non-essential.

I’m pretty sure that’s the shift lock relay. I’d have to check the FSM.

You nailed it! S14 Shift Lock ECU. I guess I need to keep it.
