Ok all im starting a ham club in Fallon and i need to know some things like how the noprofit deal works and what does the laws state as far as nonprofit and setting up a club in general

Are you registered on QRZ.com ? They might be a better group to ask. I'm thinking you would want to go through ARRL as a national Org, the way we went through TLCA to set up our club. For that matter TLCA.com has sample by-laws and such that would probably help.
To get started you really don't need to worry to much about it, just get people together. This is how the Geocaching group I belong to started. Once the group was big enough we got a board of directors together and formalized thing a bit.
