Queation about Removing The Chrome Trim of 60

Hey since you guys are all ripping off your trim anyways does anyone out there have a rear portion of the raingutter trim on a FJ62 and a couple of those clips. I like the trim and since I don't have any rust there yet, I feel like I need to get on that so it can match the rest of the truck.

I took the chrome guttering of my '90 a few weeks back and saved it. Still in good shape. You're welcome to it...but I have no idea how to ship it. Too flimsy. BTW...I'm in Oklahoma.

I took of the chrome under the doors and just left the holes and covered it with Durabak. After the Durabak the holes aren't that noticable, but if I did it again I'd try filling them with something. I used tape before putting on the Durabak, so when I rippedoff the tape I got a nice clean line. Looks a lot better than the chrome (IMO).

As for the chrome on rain gutters, the chrome has nothing to do with structural integrity. Rip it off!
