Hi there. I am curious to know if anyone has tried to modifying & installing a PTO winch for Tacoma 3.4L (5VZFE engine & gearbox)? Any input would be much appreciated.

As far as I know there is no place on that transfer where you can attach a PTO. You would need to find another transfer which does allow mounting of the PTO box or you aren't going to be able to drive a PT anything.
