I'm pretty diligent about changing my engine and cabin filters after off-roading weekends as they get really loaded up after even a weekend in the silty/loomy sand of the southwest desert. Finally got around to changing my onboard Air Compressor filters. First time 7-years after install.
Filters weren't terrible but due. I only use them for airing up tires. Depending on where the pump is installed and how one uses them, like underway for air lockers, I can imagine these would get way more loaded up with dirt.
For reference, my pumps are installed on the passenger side breathing through an opening in the inner fender.
